When can I start sending?

Your inboxes are live in about 10 minutes and start warming immediately. Connect your sequencer and we set the ramp for you, raising your daily volume as the inboxes strengthen, so you never touch a setting. You're sending from day one and at full capacity by day 14.

How do you monitor deliverability?

We don't rely on spam-score tools. We measure what actually happens.

Every day, we check the health of every inbox on your domain, verify your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and check your domains against major blocklists.

Once a week, we send real emails from your domain to live Gmail and Outlook inboxes to see where they land. That gives you real inbox placement data, not a prediction.

Everything shows up in your dashboard. If an inbox starts hurting your deliverability, we remove it before it affects your domain.

What happens if a domain burns?

We rebuild it. New domain, 100 fresh warmed inboxes, no invoice, for as long as you're a customer. Domains occasionally burn in cold email (unless your copy is perfect and no one ever marks you as spam), and we'd rather eat the cost than watch you lose a week. All we ask is that you're sending the way we set you up to: verified lists, the volume we recommend, real copy. Stay inside that and a burn is on us. Providers who charge you to replace a domain are selling you the same thing twice.

Do you provide the domain, or do I bring my own?

Either. Most people let us register one, it's part of setup and we pick something clean with no sending history. If you already own a domain you want to use, we check it against the major blocklists first and tell you honestly whether it's worth building on. No point warming a domain that's already burned.
