Refund Guarantee

To be eligible for a full refund of your subscription within 30 days of your first charge, the following conditions must be met:

• If you never sent an email through your inboxes (warmup traffic doesn't count), no conditions apply. Ask and we refund you in full.
• If you sent and ColdWires did not perform, you must have let your inboxes complete their automatic 14-day warmup, sent at least 500 emails through them to a verified list, and told us what went wrong.
• Accounts that violated our acceptable-use policy are not eligible. Spam complaints, scraped or purchased junk lists, and prohibited content void the guarantee.
• One-time domain registration fees are not refundable once the domain is registered; they cover a real registrar purchase made on your behalf, and the domain is yours to keep on request.
• After 30 days there are no refunds. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again.
